Top positions such as General Manager, Assistant General Manager and department heads of all relevant service-oriented areas are filled by specialists from German-speaking Europe to ensure the highest possible level of care for our residents.

The Residence team, with its high staff-to-residents ratio, consists of doctors, nurses, managers, secretaries, Thai- and European cooks, activity and fitness staff, masseuses, gardeners, security and cleaning personnel, pool guards, drivers for golf carts and mini-busses, waitresses and waiters, receptionists and staff for the minimart, library etc.
