Different from most retirement homes in Western countries the “DIFFERENCE RESIDENCE” offers living in a village-style environment within a landscaped park with many trees, ponds, pergolas, waterfalls, seating areas and more.

The residence is build on 88 Rai (140,800 square meters) of land and consist of three 3-storey apartment buildings with a beautiful designed in-door garden with cafe, a roof garden with water features, seating area and roof bar plus 3 elevators;  3-storey terrace houses, a combination of terrace houses and apartments; and individual villas.

In addition, there is a 25 meter high Forest Hill, with walkways and seating areas available for our residents. This area covers 16 Rai (25,600 sqm).

The total project consists of 746 units; 216 apartments of different sizes in three apartment buildings (A, B and C), 30 individual villas and twenty 3-storey buildings with 100 terrace houses (ground floor) and 400 apartments (first and second floor) which can be occupied by either a single resident or a couple.
